Cobb is a research & development company producing breeding stocks for chicken meat industry worldwide. The company’s major customers are the integrated poultry companies such as Tyson Foods, Pilgrim’s Pride, Foster Farms in the United States, many of the leading poultry companies overseas and 60 independently owned Cobb distributor companies serving dedicated markets around the world. Today, Cobb sells and distributes breeders to over 90 countries, and is supported by a network of facilities including researching & development farms, hatcheries and offices in four ****s in the US. The head office in the US is located in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The company also has a regional office, a hatchery, and farms in the United Kingdom and R&D facility, hatchery and farms in Holland, and a regional office, hatcheries and farms in Brazil； and hatcheries and farms in the Philippines and China.

1916年，Robert C. Cobb买下了位于马萨诸塞州利特尔顿(Littleton, Massachusetts)的老 Pickard Farm农场，并开始经营Pedigreed Chicks公司。
In 1916, Robert C. Cobb bought the Old Pickard Farm in Littleton, Massachusetts and started Cobb’s Pedigreed Chicks Limited.
1960年，Cobb向英国发出了第一批种禽产品，从此开始进军国际市场。
Cobb entered the international market with the first shipment of breeding stock to the UK in 1960.
1974年，Upjohn公司收购了Cobb。
The Upjohn Company acquired Cobb in 1974.
1986年泰森食品与Upjohn联合成立了一家合资企业成立了Cobb-Vantress公司。
In 1986 the formation of a joint venture between Tyson Foods Inc. and The Upjohn, which led to the establishment of Cobb-Vantress Inc.
1994年，泰森食品买下Cobb 的100%所有权。
Tyson completed it by 1994 by purchasing 100% ownership of Cobb.
1997年在巴西成立分公司。
Cobb Brazil was established in 1997.
2003年在菲律宾成立分公司。
Cobb Philippines joined the Cobb family in 2003.
2013年在中国成立合资公司。
Tongxing Cobb was co-invested by Cobb and Hubei Tongxing Agriculture Co., Ltd. In 2013.
湖北同星科宝家禽育种有限公司 Hubei Tongxing Cobb Breeding Co., Ltd.
2013年9月美国科宝公司与湖北同星农业有限公司于湖北随州合资成立湖北同星科宝家禽育种有限公司。此项目设计祖代种鸡年生产能力为15万套，父母代种鸡600万套。产品将销售到全国的各个地区，将对全中国肉鸡行业产生6亿只肉鸡的市场贡献。
Hubei Tongxing Cobb Breeding Co., Ltd. was founded by Cobb-vantress Incorporated and Hubei Tongxing Agriculture Co., Ltd in September 2013. The designed capability of this project is to have 150,000 sets of Grandparent Stock, which will produce 5,000,000 sets of Parent stock which will contribute 600,000,000 broilers to China boiler market.
二、招聘职位：
孵化工：3人
岗位职责：
1、负责种蛋转移落盘、雏鸡生产前各项设备、物资、工具的准备工作。
2、负责完成在孵种蛋转入出雏器过程中的照蛋落盘、蛋内注射工作。
3、转蛋工作结束后负责对孵化器、孵化车、孵化盘、转移操作间、转移注射等设备设施进行清洗消毒。
4、雏鸡生产过程中负责出雏车转移、雏鸡分离、雏鸡筛选、雏鸡鉴别、质检装箱、喷雾免疫、打包储存、副产品的筛选、包装、处理工作。
5、负责出雏厅、出雏器、出雏车、出雏盘的清洗消毒以及负责出雏生产过程中产生的废弃物的收集、包装、转移处理工作。
职位要求：
1、男，35岁以下，高中以上学历；
2、较强的责任心和敬业精神；
3、良好的语言表达、沟通能力；
4、接受封闭式驻场管理。
以上职位五险一金、一日三餐包吃、包住宿，综合工资3000-5000元/月。
